Not your typical landscape photographer, Guðmundur studied digital and film photography at the Reykjavík Technical College and artistic photography at University of Arts London.
Guðmundur has exhibited his works in various galleries and museums in Iceland, including the Reykjavík Museum of Photography. His work has also been published in various photography and art related publications around the world.
Guðmundur has also worked as a private tour guide and driver for almost a decade, Nd has extensive knowledge of hidden photographic gems around Iceland.
